NOTE: Payments made after hours, on weekends or holidays will not reflect on your online utility account until the following business day. However, you will receive a confirmation of payment email. (Please do not make a secondary payment, thinking your payment did not process unless you receive an email stating your payment did NOT process).
All bills are issued on 1st of each month.
All bills are due on 15th of each month, if payment is not received by the 15th , a 10% penalty is incurred for the balance of the account.
Penalty: 10% PENALTY will incur the next business day after the 15th.
A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit and debit card payments. To avoid this fee, please use e-check as your payment method.
Payment in full of account balance is due no later than the 25th of the month.
Disconnects for non-pay will be issued on the 26th of each month, prior to 7a.m. Your account is considered disconnected when the order is issued and all associated disconnect/reconnect fees apply at that time. Payments should not be made on-line on this day
for reinstatement of Disconnection; payments can only be made with Cash, Credit/Debit Card or Money Order – NO CHECKS. For payments made after 4p.m. – MONEY ORDERS only.
Failure to receive bill or penalty notice does not exempt you from making your monthly payment or paying late charges or fees associated with a disconnection.
Lost or Misdirected mail is not the responsibility of the City.
Post mark date is not the acceptable date of received payments.
NSF Checks or Bank Draft NSF will incur a $30.00 charge.
