Utility Customer Service

Our office and drive-thru hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Bills are due by the 15th of each month. Penalties will be applied to any outstanding balances after the 16th, and payment must be made by the 25th of the month. Please note that partial payments will not prevent penalties or disconnection for nonpayment.

A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit and debit card payments. To avoid this fee, please use e-check as your payment method.

Please refrain from using this payment option if you are paying a deposit.

Payments made on the day of disconnection will not prevent the account from being included in the disconnect for nonpayment list, and any applicable fees will still apply. If you make a payment on the day of disconnection, please contact our office at 512-332-8830 to inform us of the payment and to arrange for any applicable fees.
