Welcome to the City of Wauwatosa Utility Billing payment system!

Here you can view your bill, make a payment, set-up automatic payments, maintain your account and set-up account reminder notifications.

Click Sign in/Register on the top right corner of the screen or CLICK HERE to access Utility Billing services.

Action needed:

~Have your Account and Customer numbers handy (this information can be found on your Utility Bill and/or Delinquent Notice), as all customers need to re-link their Utility Billing Account.  Customers do not need to re-register/Create an account if you were registered after October 1st, 2021.

~For accounts previously set up with recurring credit cards.  Credit cards need to be re-enrolled in Auto Pay, and the draft will now occur on the 20th of the month.  Auto Pay will pull on the 20th as of 2AM, so please sign up before that time on your bill month to draft automatically (no balance required to sign up for Auto Pay).
