You can locate your new Payment Account Number on any Utility Bill you receive beginning September 2023. You will need your new Payment Account Number before making an online payment using Quick Pay or for managing your account through your profile.

Users have two options for paying their utility bills online. For both options, customers will need to know their account number, the name as it appears on the bill, and customer number.
