How to find your Account number and Customer number: You'll need these two numbers to use our service. On a previous bill, find the account number (example: 12345-67890). Your Account number is the digits BEFORE THE DASH in the Account Number on your bill. Your Customer number is the digits AFTER THE DASH in the Account Number on your bill.
For best results: Sign up for an account with us. All you need is a valid email address. You can connect many utility accounts to that one login account for your convenience. You can also sign up for AutoPay, schedule a payment, or on the Contact preferences tab sign up for e-billing to have your bills emailed to you.
In a hurry? Use the "Quick pay" option above. Enter your utility Account number and Customer number to pay.
Want to pay by phone? For Utility bills, you may dial our IVR system at 662-932-3755. Enter your utility Account number and Customer number to pay..
A word about fees: Paying with credit/debit card or e-check will incur a service fee in addition to the paid amount. By Mississippi law, the City of Olive Branch must pass these charges to the customer. In-person payment by cash, check,
or money order carries no fee.
e-Checks: $1.95 per transaction (online only)
Credit or Debit card: $2.50 or 3.75% of the bill amount, whichever is larger (online, phone, or in-person)
IVR fee: Using our IVR pay-by-phone system incurs an additional charge of $1.00 (phone only)
For new utility requests: please visit the Utility Billing office during regular office hours. New utility requests are not available online.
