Municipal Court office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We are located at 6900 Highland St., Olive Branch, MS, 38654. You may call us during regular business hours at 662-892-9500.
A word about fees: Paying with credit/debit card or e-check will incur service fees in addition to the paid amount. By Mississippi law, the City of Olive Branch must pass these charges to the defendant. In-person payment by cash, check,
or money order carries no fee.
All online transactions are charged a $2.50 Municipal Online Payments fee in addition to the service fee below:
e-Checks: $1.95 per transaction (online only)
Credit or Debit card: $2.50 or 3.75% of the bill amount, whichever is larger (online or in-person)
