MVWD has implemented new billing software, resulting in a new online payment platform with enhanced features. Since MVWD changed software vendors, customers' existing payment profiles DID NOT transfer over. Customers who wish to re-establish auto-pay service MUST CREATE A NEW PROFILE. First, register an email address and then link your MVWD account to access enhanced features.

Once registered, you will have access to payment and consumption history. You can also sign up to pay by text or receive text notifications for bill payment reminders.
Customers may also select "Quick Pay" to make a one-time payment, which does not require inputting the amount of your last payment. Click Pay My Water Bill to get started.
