How do I start a new service?

You'll need to include your intended service location, contact information, valid driver license, or government-issued identification information.

What will my service rates be?

As our customer, you'll be assessed monthly for use, based upon your type of service(s).

Services may include a base charge, regardless of use, while a consumption charge will be based upon the amount of use.

How do I report a problem?

How do I stop my service?

Need to end your utility service? We understand, but you will be missed!

Owners must provide a settlement statement signed by both parties as well as a completed disconnection request form provided in the link below.
