Welcome to Liberty Municipal Court's Online Payments System.

Through the online payment system, users can pay their fine and court fees securely online via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. A non-refundable convienence fee of $2.50 will be charged for all online payments. In making a payment online and avoiding an appearance in court, a defendant must enter a plea of guilty into the online system and pay all fines and court fees in full prior to the original assigned court date

Please note that not all violations may be paid online. Citations, such as the following, can be paid online, as long as they are not connected to an accident:

• - Failure to have a driver’s license
• - Failure to wear a seatbelt
• - Failure to properly restrain a child in a motor vehicle
• - Stop sign violations
• - Speeding (20 mph over or over 75 mph requires a court appearance)
• - Running a red light
• - Expired license plates or improper registration

Customers can go to the Online Payment System to see if they can pay their fine online. To utilize the new system, defendants will need to enter their birth date and one of the following:

• - Citation number
• - Social Security number
• - Driver's license number
