Utility bill payments can be made as follows:
- By mail to 520 4th Ave Grinnell, IA 50112 (allow at least two days for delivery)
- At the utility counter inside City Hall
- At the drop box located across the street, north of City Hall
- Automatic clearing house payment (ACH) directly from your savings or checking account. Submit Form
- Online or by phone via Payment Service Network
