The City of Derby is pleased to provide online payment services for utility bills and Municipal Court citations.

Please note, when making a utility payment there is a $2.00 processing fee which shows up as a separate transaction on your bank/credit card statement. Payments can also be taken by using the auto-pay plan, over the phone, in person, by mail, and through the city's drop box outside City Hall, located at 611 Mulberry Rd. 

When making a Municipal Court payment, there is a $2.25 processing fee which shows up as a separate transaction on your bank or credit card statement. Payments can also be taken over the phone, in person, by mail, and through the drop box inside the lobby of the Derby Police & Courts building, located at 229 N. Baltimore.
