The Utility Billing and Customer Service Department is responsible for billing and collection of Utility services: Water, Sewerage, Sanitation, and StormWater for our customers monthly.
The department receives and responds to customer-related issues daily including issuing work orders for internal and external staff to investigate issues when needed.
Our department offers multiple options to pay your bill:
Utility Service Disconnection and Penalty
Utility Customers are responsible for the total account balance. To avoid disconnection you should pay your FULL amount by the due date. A penalty of 10% is assessed to an account after the due date.
