Welcome to Utility Billing Online

Utility payments can be made online, through secure automated phone system, by mail or using the drop box located outside of City Hall (150 City Park Way).  

City offices will be closed Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day.  Garbage that week will be serviced on your regular service day.

If you’re registering for the first time or adding an account, please have a copy of your most recent utility bill available. You will need your account number and the amount of the last payment.  If your account is new and you have yet to make a payment, enter "0" as the amount of your last payment.

Browsers such as Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer are not compatibility with this program.  We recomment using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

To close your account -  Click Here to complete an account closure request.   The City requires two business days notification to turn services off per Municipal Code 3.26.220.  The City requires account closures in writing. Please note the City does not turn off water on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  Services are disconnected early morning.  If water is required at any part of the day, schedule disconnection for the following day.  To request account closure, complete and submit form
